Computational Linguistics in the Netherlands 30

Conference app

We are using a mobile app for CLIN30, which contains all the practical information you need, and also allows you to create your own customized agenda.

The Conference app is called Conference4ME and can be freely downloaded from the Apple App Store   or from  Google Play ( ). When you open it, you will probably immediately get the suggestion to download the information for the conference CLIN30.

The conference will be held in Drift 21, Utrecht (floor maps of ground floor and first floor). The entrance to Drift 21 is via Drift 27, the university library. Signage will be put up to guide you to Drift 21, as well as Drift 25, which will host one of the parallel sessions (floor map of first floor). Note that after 14.00, there will be a security check at the entrance of the library. Be sure to keep your both your badge and ID (e.g. passport, driver’s license) with you at all times to (re)gain access.

You can connect to either eduroam or the UU-visitor network. Check this page for details.

Presentations are 15 minutes, plus 5 minutes for questions (20 minutes total). There will be a (Windows) desktop available in each room, but you can also plug in your own laptop (standard connectors are provided). Be on time, and try to test if everything works beforehand.

Each poster will be assigned a poster board. The poster boards are in portrait format. Maximum size of the posters is A0. There will be supplies available to hang your poster.
